PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The PortaSinks P350 is a self-contained, portable handwashing station that requires no permanent
plumbing. Built in compliance with Australian health and safety regulations, it delivers
convenience and reliability across a wide range of industries. This appliance is not intended
for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities,
or by those lacking experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction regarding the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the PortaSinks unit from its packaging and inspect for any transport damage.
Ensure all included items are present:
- PortaSinks Unit
- Two 10L Water Containers
- Power Cord
- Soap Bottle
- Paper Towel Dispenser (Pre-Installed)
2. Placement
- Place the unit on a stable, level surface.
- Ensure the station is positioned within reach of a 220–240V AC power outlet.
3. Water Container Setup
- Place the clean water container on the right-hand side and fill with fresh water.
- Place the wastewater container on the left-hand side.
- Ensure both containers are secured correctly.
4. Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a suitable power outlet.
5. Soap & Paper Towels
- Fill the soap bottle with liquid hand soap (Do not use foam soap)
- Insert paper towels if required.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Power On
- Switch the unit on using the power switch located at the upper-right of the door.
- Heating will activate automatically.
2. Handwashing
- Place hands under the sensor to activate water flow.
- Warm water will dispense within approximately 2 seconds.
3. Use Soap & Towels
- Dispense soap from the soap bottle
- Wash hands under running water
- Dry hands using paper towels
4. Refilling
- Refill the clean water container on the right-hand side when required
- Empty the wastewater container on the left-hand side when full
5. After Use / Storage
- Switch off power if the unit will not be used for an extended period
- Empty both water containers before storage

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Always fill the clean water container before use
- Do not immerse the station or expose electrical components to moisture
- Disconnect from power before cleaning or servicing
- Use fresh, clean water only — do not use chemicals or corrosive liquids
- Keep the unit upright during use and transport
- Do not operate if the unit is damaged or the power cord is frayed
- Use only with properly rated power outlets
- Do not use extension cords outdoors unless they are rated for outdoor use
- Do not leave the station powered on and unattended for extended periods

MAINTENANCE & CARE
- Refilling – Top up the clean water container and empty the wastewater container as needed
- Cleaning – Wipe the exterior with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners
- Inspection – Regularly check the sensor, heating element, and plumbing connections
- Consumables – Refill soap and paper towels frequently

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem A: Station Will Not Power On / No Sensor Light
- Check that the station is plugged in
- Ensure the power switch (upper right of the door) is turned on
Problem B: Station Powers On But No Water Flow
- Refill the clean water container
- Ensure the black pipe is correctly inserted into the clean water container
Problem C: Water Not Heating
- Confirm the station is powered on
- Ensure the water container is not empty
- Contact service if the issue persists
Problem D: Sensor Not Detecting Hands
- Wipe the sensor with a soft cloth
- Avoid strong sunlight or reflective surfaces directly in front of the sensor
